Tasks
You actively support our customers, mainly in automotive industries, in optimizing their development and business processes or in designing reliable and optimal processes. In doing so, the individual needs and problems of the customers are always in the foreground.
You will take on the conception and planning of measures to increase the process maturity of development projects and support our customers through active participation in the implementation of the measures as well as the progress controls. The consideration and mastery of methods and standards are an essential criterion.
Expectations
If you have practical experience in the development of complex electrotechnical systems and you are also familiar with methods and standards such as CMMI®, SPICE (ISO 15504), Safety (IEC 61508 / ISO 26262), you already fulfill important basic requirements for the above tasks.. Furthermore, practical experience in the planning and implementation of quality assurance measures is an advantage.
Furthermore, the following requirements are of high relevance:
- University degree ideally in an engineering discipline
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Very good language skills in German and English
- Communicative personality and confident appearance
- Willingness to work at customers premises, including for long-term projects
